Mission Statement

The mission of the Randolph A. Stanley School of Leadership & Management at Logos University Global Campus is to prepare principled, competent, and innovative leaders who can effectively manage organizations, ministries, businesses, and public institutions in Sierra Leone, The Gambia, Africa, and the global marketplace.

The School is committed to delivering high-quality academic programs in leadership, management, entrepreneurship, human resource development, organizational strategy, and
